Terms and Conditions

1. Goods are supplied per D.O.D. in advance or against delivery.
2. Prices are Ex-factory, Packing, Forwarding, Postage, Provincial or GST to be borne by the customer.
3. All specifications Cat. No. & Size should be clearly noted on the order to avoid mistakes and delays in execution.
4. Order once placed and goods manufactured cannot be cancelled and the indenter is to take delivery of the goods made according to his order.
5. Goods are carefully packed and checked before dispatch. The customers are requested to see the parcel carefully and have them weighed before taking delivery.
6. Prices mentioned in the list are subject to market fluctuation with or without notice.
7. All disputes are to be settled at Vadodara City.
8. This cancels all our previous issues.
